92-Year-Old Sued....For What?

She was seriously injured in a car accident, that wasn't her fault. She wasn't even driving and yet this 92-year-old is now being sued...what got her in this legal mess could happen to anyone waiting for a big insurance company to pay a claim. you can check out the story on Thursday (11/ 19) on the 9pm newscast or her on the web. thanks
